TOP MANAGEMENT

The top management conducts MRMs (Management Review Meetings) at regular intervals to analyze the continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of our QMS (Quality Management System). Following is the input for management review: Follow-up from previous management reviews, Customer's feedback/complaints, Process performance and product conformity, Results of internal/external audits, Status of corrective/preventive actions, Recommendations for improvement, Resource management, Changes that could affect the QMS.
